A creative executive with extensive knowledge of toys, fashion, advertising and retail, Suzanne Mills-Winkler has over twenty years of experience in the toy industry.

Suzanne was with Mattel, Inc. for over 16 years where she rose to the top in senior creative management. She developed major brands such as Barbie, Cabbage Patch Kids, Polly Pocket and Disney licensed products. A four-time winner of the Mattel Excellence Award, Suzanne has led the design and development of a multitude of successful toys. Her years of experience working on product development give her an excellent working knowledge of Asian manufacturing vendors and turning ideas into finished products.

At DDW Suzanne manages a talented staff of professional designers taking products from concept through completion in all areas of toy design. Her expertise in creative product design, product development and project management has resulted in the rapid growth of her full service design firm.
